Appraisal Day!

Did you know that you can get an informal appraisal for only 3 dollars per item? Well, you sure can at Antiques on the 8 here in Houston Texas. Bring up to 5 items for their appraiser's to give you their expert opinion. We went last month and had several items appraised for our shop that we could not find on the internet. It was a lot of fun too. Everyone there is of course hoping they have something rare and has great value. Well, we didn't have anything of "great value" but, we hope next time we go which is going to be July 18th we will have better luck! Tomball Antique Shopping Trip

It's the only day we took off this week so what do we do? We drive across Houston and visit some of the spectacular antique and resale shops they have over there. It was a wonderful but long day. Glad to be home.
